ZOUK GENTING GETS A HORRIFIC HALLOWEEN MAKEOVER THIS 1ST & 2ND NOVEMBER

Zouk Genting gets a horrific Halloween makeover this 1st & 2nd November

Halloween is a time for scares, and Zouk Genting is getting into the spooky swing of things by reinventing itself as a nightmare-ish realm based on the hit video game series Silent Hill for Halloween weekend. It will be a test of bravery for all who dare venture inside, with the reward being the spectacular music that is synonymous with the Zouk brand.

If you remember the horror movie Silent Hill, the Zouk Genting’s haunted hospital is inspired from this movie. The entire Empire by Zouk will be completely unrecognizable as the room has been totally transformed into a replica of the hospital, with artificial walls, life talent acts, spectacular props full of atmosphere and complete with Easter egg references to the eight games in the main series. Be prepared to sidestep familiar enemies from the series, while mingling with fellow survivors and planning your survival over some devilishly delicious drinks. The doors of the Zouk Genting x nightmare hospital open at 11am; survive the horror long enough and you’ll be rewarded with a fabulous set at the Empire club as spun by Malaysia’s most popular DJ duo BATE and their friends. But the haunted hospital won’t stay for long. It invades Zouk Genting for two nights only – 1 and 2 November 2019 – and then, just like the ‘Silent Hill’ movie, the town in the game itself, it vanishes into the cool mountain air.

Zouk Genting Halloween 2019 takes place on 1 and 2 November 2019, running from 11am to 5am. Tickets can be pre-purchased for RM50 at the door. The horror spectacular also coincides with the first ever Zouk Live!, presented as part of Resorts World Genting’s debut Starlight Carnival on 2 November 2019, which takes the Zouk spirit and vibe outdoors under the stars.
